kek choc lapis cream cheese kukus...

assalamualaikum...

alhamdulillah....
audit dah selesai... lega rasanya
nak relax kejap dr ber bizi2an nih ahhaa

buat ummul yg jauh di perantauan
ni aku nak share recipi yg hg mintak hehhe
nti nak buat lagi... ;p
 kek choc lapis cream cheese
sedia utk di deko
 ni mummy ellesya punya deko
hahhaaa.... belasahan jerrr
ellesya nak gak deco
tapi sebijik sebijik dia dok bubuh choc rice tu
sbb dok main game.. haiiizzzz
last2 bg mummy la buat, ellesya juz habaq ja nak mcm mana
 ni ellesya punya deko
setelah dipotong...
dan hasilnya.... walllaweiii.....
bangga sekejap dpt siapkan mcm ni hehhe
ooohhhh.....

ok jom kita tgk recipinya....

Bahan2 untuk CHOC GANACHE
(mesti buat semalaman dan simpan di luar sahaja..
baru dia akan dapat struktur mcm nutella dan bukan cair)
tapi nureen x sempat buat awal 
so lepas siap adunan ganache, 
nureen letak petiice sekejap dlm 15-30mnt 
pastu keluarkan & kacau supaya adunan dia nmpk cantik
mmg mcm nutella.... perghhh

bahan2nyer....
400gm choc masakan
300gm whipping cream
1 sudu besar butter
pic dr MR google
choc ganache dgn kaedah double boiler...

1. Didihkan whipping cream + choc masakkan dengan kaedah double boiler 
kena kacau sentiasa bagi dia sebati cantik..
dah cair semua.. masukkan butter..
2.Biarkan dia sejuk pada suhu bilik..Lepas dia sejuk,wrapkan dengan cling plastic atau tutup..
letakkan di luar semalaman..
kira cam perap la.. (klau buat utk semalaman)
3. atau, dah sejuk masukkan dlm petiice 15-30 minit.. keluarkan dan kacau sekejap.. ketepikan..
RESEPI KEK LAPIS KUKUS CREAM CHEESE

 BAHAN A
250 gm cream cheese
60 gm gula halus - nureen kurangkan 50g shj
1 biji telur
1 sudu besar air
1 sudu besar tpng gandum

Cara-caranya :
1. Pukul cream cheese bersama dgn gula hingga sebati.
2. Masukkan telur diikuti dngn air dan tepung gandum. Pukul lagi dan gaul sebati.
3. Biarkan sebentar.

BAHAN B (KEK)
2 biji telur
1 cwn gula halus
1 sk esen vanilla
sedikit @ secubit garam
1/2 cwn air panas didih
1/2 cwn cwn susu segar/cair
1/2 cwn minyak jagung/masak
1 cwn tpng gandum*
3 sudu besar sebuk koko*
1 sudu kecil baking soda*
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder*
(* bahan2 perlu diayak dulu)

Cara-caranya
1. Pkl telur didalam bekas lain bersama gula sehingga kembang.
2. Setelah kembang masukkan vanilla dan garam.
3. Masukkan air panas,susu dan minyak.
4. Setelah itu masukkan tpng gandum,b.soda, b. powder dan serbuk koko yg telah diayak dan gaul sebati.
5. Biarkan sebentar dan bahagi pada 2 bahagian. 

CARA MEMASAK

1. Panaskan kukusan & guna api sederhana je.
2. Sapukan sedikit minyak/mentega di sekeliling loyang 
3. Tuang adunan coklat, tutup loyang dngn aluminium foil dan kukus selama 15-20 minit.
4. Buka aluminium foil dan tuang adunan cream cheese diatasnya, tutup semula guna aluminium foil dan kukus selama 15 minit.
5. Setelah itu tuang lagi adunan coklat selebihnya, tutup lagi guna aluminium foil dan kukus lagi selama 20 minit.
6. Setelah benar2 sejuk, boleh potong dan hidangkan.
